Gynecology and Obstetrics

There are 76 patients who had color doppler examination, 32 patients were found suffering from combination of hysteromyoma with ovarian cyst; other 44 patients were found suffering from pelvic inflammation (most of them are tubal inflammation), endometritis, hysteromyoma, ovarian cyst. Treatment method: dispersing inflammation and relieving toxicity, moving Qi, promoting circulation of blood and relieving stasis, softening hardness to dissipate stagnation are the basic methods, 30 days are one course. Oral taking herbs: Dang Gui, Bai Shao Yao, Mu Dan Pi, Zhi Zi, Chai Hu, Fu Ling, Bai Zhu, Bo He, Gan Cao, Gui Zhi, Xiang Fu, Xia Ku Cao, Yu Jin. Adding Huai Niu Xi, Sang Ji Sheng if there is lumbar pain; adding Yan Hu Suo if there is abdominal pain; adding Jin Yin Hua if there is severe heat, water decocting 3 times per day, 2 days 1 decoction. Paste prescription: Sang Ji Sheng, Chuan Xiong, Chuan Jiao, Zhui Di Feng, Dang Gui, Yan Hu Suo, Wu Jia Pi, Mo Yao, Fang Feng, Qiang Huo, Xu Duan, Qian Nian Jian, Ru Xiang, Bai Zhi, Tou Gu Cao, Hong Hua, Ai Ye, Chi Shao Yao, Du Huo. The above herbs were mixed and put into cotton hop-pocket, seaming placket and put it in boiler until it was cooked, fomenting lower abdomen, 1 time per day, at least 1-2 hours every time. Each herbal pocket can be used for 10-15 days.

Treatment result: total effective rate is 97.4%.
