Regulate Blood

1 TASTE
Pungent, bitter and warm


2 MERIDIANS
Heart, liver and spleen


3 FUNCTIONS
1. To invigorate blood and promote qi circulation; 2. To stop pain


4 INDICATIONS
Pains due to qi and blood stagnation. Corydalis tuber (Yan Hu Suo) is used with Sichuan chinaberry (Chuan Lian Zi), Chinese angelica root (Dang Gui), Chuan Xiong rhizome (Chuanxiong), Frankincense (Ru Xiang) and Myrrh (Mo Yao).


5 DOSAGE
5-10 g


6 COUTIONS
Frying with vinegar enhances this herb ability to stop pain.
