Internal Medicine

All these 96 cases of patients are mainly epigastric pain with 34 cases of chronic superficial gastritis, 18 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis, 36 cases of gastrointestinal neurosis, 5 cases of gastroduodenal ulcer, and 3 cases of gastric cancer. Treatment: self-made Wei Tong Ning Tang: Chai Hu, Zhi Shi, Bai Shao, Gao Liang Jiang, Xiang Fu, Wu Yao, Bai He and Gan Cao. Add Yu Jin, Mu Xiang and Qing Pi for stagnation of liver and stomach qi; add Mu Dan Pi, Shan Zhi and Huang Lian for heat stagnation of liver and stomach; add Wu Ling Zhi, Dan Shen and wine made Da Huang; add Mai Dong, Yu Zhu and Shi Hu for deficiency of stomach yin; add Huang Qi, Gan Jiang and Sha Ren for deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach; increase the dose of Gao Liang Jiang, and add Wu Zhu Yu and Chen Pi for invasion from pathogenic coldness; add Shan Zha, Shen Qu and Lai Fu Zi for food stagnation in stomach. Besides, add Chuan Lian Zi and Yan Hu Suo for severe pain; add Wu Zhu Yu and Wa Leng Zi for pantothenic acid. 10 days treatments are one course, and observe the curative effect after 3 courses. Stop taking other drugs during treatment period and forbids the eating of irritating foods.

Treatment result: the total effective rate is 94.8%.
