Infectious Diseases

There are totally 28 in-patients and 34 out-patients. The treatment is benefiting qi, strengthening spleen, clearing away toxin and damp, promoting qi and activating blood circulation. Prescription of Yi Gan Tang: Huang Qi, Tai Zi Shen, Dan Shen, Chi Shao, Yu Jin, Hu Zhang, Chai Hu, Bai Hua She She Cao, Chong Lou, Ma Bian Cao, Guan Zhong and Gan Cao. Add Xuan Hu and Fo Shou for pain of liver area; subtract Hu Zhang and add Fu Ling, Bai Zhu and Jiao San Xian for spleen deficiency and poor appetite; add Gou Qi Zi, Nu Zhen Zi and Niu Xi for deficiency of liver and kidney yin; add San Qi and Bie Jia for enlargement of liver and spleen. Be decocted with water, one time a day. One course is 3 months. Take re-examination of liver function, five index check and type-B ultrasonic.


Results: the total effective rate is 83.9%. 18 cases of chronic active hepatitis are cured, 16 cases are improved, and 4 cases are no effect.
