The cases in this group are all out-patients. Enlargement in different degrees in bilateral sides of appendages by type-B ultrasonic. All patients have a little change or no effect by anti-inflammatory treatment in menstrual period, are 23~40 years’ old, and have 1~2 months treatment courses (withdrawal in menstrual period). Treatment prescription: Dang Gui [3], Bai Shao [4], Chai Hu [5], Fu Ling [6], San Leng [7], E Zhu [8], Tao Ren [9], Hong Hua [10], Chuan Xiong [11], Huang Bai [12] (fried salts), Niu Xi [13], Xiang Fu [14], Yu Jin [15]. Add Dang Shen [16], Huang Qi [17], Che Qian Zi [18] or Che Qian Cao for Qi deficiency and fatigue followed with leukorrhagia; add Shui Zhi [19], prepared Ru Xiang [20], prepared Mo Yao [21] for severe abdominal pain; add Long Dan Cao [22] and Mu Tong [23] for yellow and sticky leucorrhea followed with peculiar smell; add Yu Xing Cao [24] for pelvic cavity hydrops; add vinegar-soaked Da Huang [25] for constipation. Treatment results: the total effect is above 90%.
