Self Massage

1. Prescription
Abdomen: Zhongwan (CV12) Front-Mu Point of the Stomach, Qihai (CV6), Guanyuan (CV4) Front-Mu Point of the SmallIntestine, Zhongji (CV3) Front-Mu Point of the Bladder, Qichong (ST30), Shuidao (ST28), Tianshu (ST25) Front-Mu Point of the Large Intestine.
Lumbar-sacral Region: Dazhui (GV14), Sanjiaoshu (BL22), Shenshu (BL23), Dachangshu (BL25), Pangguangshu (BL28), Mingmen (GV4), Shangliao (BL31), Ciliao (BL32), Zhongliao (BL33), Xialiao (BL34).
Arm: Quchi (LI11) He-Sea Point, Hegu (LI4) Yuan-Source Point, Lieque (LU7)Luo-Connecting Point the Eight Confluent Point.
Leg: Yinlingquan (SP9) He-Sea Point, Sanyinjiao (SP6), Taixi(KI3) Shu-Stream, Yuan-Source Point, Taichong (LR3) Shu-Stream, Yuan-Source Point, Yongquan (KI1) Jing-Well Point.


2. Technique of Massage
2.1 Palm kneads lower abdomen for 3 minutes. 
2.2 Index finger, middle finger press-knead CV6 for 50-60 times, middle finger press-knead ST25 for 50-60 times.
Big thenar press-knead CV3 for 50-60 times. Index finger, middle finger press-knead ST30 for 50-60 times.
Four fingers rub ST28 for 50-60 times.
2.3 Both hands make fists, use palm finger joint knead-pluck lumbar region on both sides of spinal column, up and down for 20 times, operate more on soreness region, both index fingers and middle fingers press-knead BL22 for 2-3 minutes.
Both thumbs press-knead BL23 for 2-3 minutes, both palms press-knead BL28 for 2-3 minutes.
Thumb press-knead GV4 for 2-3 minutes.
2.4 Palm root rubs BL31, BL32, BL33, BL34 for 30 times.
2.5 Thumb press-knead SP9 for 2-3 minutes, SP6 for 2-3 minutes, KI3 for 2-3 minutes, LR3 for 2-3 minutes.
Little thenar rubs KI1 for 2-3 minutes.
2.6 For acute prostatitis, add thumb presses LI4 for 30 times, thumb kneads  LI11 for 2 minutes. Thumb press GV14 for 30 times.
2.7 For chronic prostatis, add thumb to press SP9 for 30 times. Big thenar kneads CV12 for 2 minutes, thumb presses CV3 for 20 times.
Both thumbs knead Pishu (BL20) for 1 minute, BL25 for 1 minute.
Both palms rub Zhishi (BL52) until feel warming sensation.
2.8 For prostate hyperplasia, add index finger to push LU7 for 30 times.
Both index fingers, middle fingers press-knead ST28 for 1 minute.
