Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding is irregular uterine bleeding caused by incretion change due to gonadal axis dysfunction. Treatment method: 7 days after menses, there is endless dripping or massive haemorrhage, wiry frequent pulse or thready frequent pulse, the patients should begin to take Gong Xue Xie Ding Fang: Han Lian Cao, raw Di Yu 30g respectively, Nu Zhen Zi 40g, prepared Chuan Da Huang charcoal 10g. When the bleeding stop, the patients continually take Tiao Jing Tang with ingredients of Han Lian Cao, Nu Zhen Zi, Huang Qi 20g respectively, Shu Di Huang, Bai Shao Yao, Shan Yao, Bai Zhu, Xu Duan 15g respectively, Mu Dan Pi 10g, oral taking continually for 5-10 decoctions. When the next menses comes, if it dose not stop after more than 7 days, the patients use the above method take Gong Xue Xie Ding Fang first, then take Tiao Jing Tang. Treatment result: the total effective rate is 89%.
