Spleen, stomach and kidney


3 FUNCTIONS
1. To warm the spleen and stomach and direct rebellious qi downward; 2. To warm the didneys and tonify the yang.


4 INDICATIONS
1. Cold in the stomach manifested as belching and vomiting Cloves (Ding Xiang [3]) is used with Pinellia tuber (Ban Xia [4]) and Fresh ginger (Sheng Jiang [5]).2. Weakness and cold in the stomach and stomach manifested as poor appetite, vomiting and Diarrhea [6]. Cloves (Dingxiang) in used with Amomum fruit (Sha Ren [7]) and White atractylodes (Bai Zhu [8]).3. Weakness and cold in the stomach manifested as belching and vomiting. Cloves (Dingxinag) is used with Ginseng (Ren Shen [9]) or Pilose asiabell root (Dang Shen [10]) and Fresh ginger (Shengjiang).4. Kidney yang deficiency manifested as impotence. Cloves (Dingxiang) is used with Prepared aconite root (Fu Zi [11]), Cinnamon bark (Rou Gui [12]), Morinda root (Bajutian) amd Epimedium (Yin Yang Huo [13]).


5 DOSAGE
2-5 g


6 COUTIONS
This herb should not be combined with be herb Curcuma root (Yu Jin [14]).
