We use method of warming yang, dispersing cold, promoting qi and activating collaterals to treat 112 cases of cerebral Infarction which are diagnosed by CT, MRI. There are 82 patients with yang deficiency and cold attacking; 15 patients with genuine qi deficiency and collaterals hollowness; 10 patients who are weak after disease, or weak because of oldness or with essence and blood deficiency; 5 patients with excessive heart fire due to excessive five emotions. Treatment method: prescription: Ma Huang [3] 5g, prepared Fu Zi [4] 8g, Gui Zhi [5] 6g, Xi Xin [6] 3g, Wu Gong [7] 1 piece, Jiang Can [8] 10g, Di Long [9] 10g, Quan Xie [10] 3g, Huang Qi [11] 30g,Tao Ren [12] 10g, Hong Hua [13] 10g, Chuan Xiong [14] 10g, Dang Gui [15] 10g, Chi Shao [16] Yao 10g, ji Xue Teng [17] 15g, Wei Ling Xian [18] 10g.
Result: total effective rate is 91.08%.
