Qi stagnation: we regulate liver qi circulation and promote menstruation, we apply modification of Dan Zhi Xiao Yao San, prescription includes Chai Hu [3], Dang Gui [4], Bai Shao [5], Bai Zhu [6], Fu Ling [7], Dan Pi, Zhi Zi [8], Qing Pi [9], Xiang Fu [10], Gan Cao [11].
Blood stagnation: we use modification of Shao Fu Zhu Yu Tang, prescription includes Dang Gui, Chuan Xiong [12], Chi Shao [13], Xiao Huixiang, Yan Husuo, Wu Lingzhi, Gui Zhi [14], Mo Yao [15], Pu Huang [16], Xiang Fu, Gan Cao.Phlegm and dampness: we use modification of Yi Qi Gong Wan, prescription includes Ban Xia [17], Cang Zhu [18], Chen Pi [19], Nan Xing, Fu Ling, Xiang Fu, Shi Changpu, Kun Bu [20], Che Qianzi, Gan Cao.
Kidney yang deficiency: we prefer modification of You Gui Wan, prescription includes Shu Di, Shan Zhuyu, Gou Ji [21], Lu Jiaojiao, Tu Sizi, Rou Gui [22], Fu Zi [23], Dang Gui, Du Zhong [24], Xian Mao [25], Xian Lingpi, Zi Heche, Gan Cao.Total effective rate is 88.5%.
