4 INDICATIONS
1. Phlegm-heat cough manifested as cough with yellow, sticky and thick sputum or sputum difficult to expectorate Costazia bone (Hai-fushi) is used with Sea clam shell (Haigeqiao) Trichosanthes fruit (Gua Lou [3]), Capejasmine (Zhi Zi [4]) and Natural indigo (Qing Dai [5]).2. Scrofula and goiter caused by phlegm and qi accumulation. Costazia bone (Hai Fu Shi [6]) is used with oyster shell (Mu Li [7]), Tendrilled fritillary bulb (Chuan Bei Mu [8]) Scrophularia (Xuan Shen [9] ) and Laminaria (Kun Bu [10]).

6-10 g
