4 INDICATIONS
1. Phlegm-heat cough manifested as cough with yellow, sticky and thick sputum or sputum difficult to expectorate Costazia bone (Hai-fushi) is used with Sea clam shell (Haigeqiao) Trichosanthes fruit (Gua Lou), Capejasmine (Zhi Zi) and Natural indigo (Qing Dai).2. Scrofula and goiter caused by phlegm and qi accumulation. Costazia bone (Hai Fu Shi) is used with oyster shell (Mu Li), Tendrilled fritillary bulb (Chuan Bei Mu) Scrophularia (Xuan Shen ) and Laminaria (Kun Bu).
