Treatment on 48 Cases of Palmoplantaris Pustulosis Given by Herbs [1]

There are 48 patients who are negative in pustular germiculture, bases on the pathological result, all the patients were diagnosed as Palmoplantaris Pustulosis. Treatment method: herbs for oral intake: Pu Gong Ying [3] 15g, Zi Hua Di Ding [4] 15g, Huang Lian [5] 6g, raw Shi Gao [6] 30g, Da Qing Ye [7] 15g, Ban Lan Gen [8] 15g, Tu Fu Ling [9] 30g, raw Yi Yi Ren [10] 30g, 1 decoction per day, water decocting, one decoction should be oral intake for 2 times. Exterior application prescription: Pu Lian Gao ointment (Huang Qin [11] 100g, Huang Bai [12] 100g, Fan Shi Lin 800g), applying on affected area, 2 times a day, Qin Pi 50g, decocting for affected area washing. Result: total effective rate is 97.9%.
