We comparatively observe 6 cases of Undifferentiated Small Cell Lung Cancer, there are 3 cases treated by chemotherapy, these patients are died after 3 months or 5 months. The other 3 cases are treated by chemotherapy combining with herbs, the survival period are prolonged obviously. Treatment method: selecting herbs with function of promoting qi and harmonizing blood, resolving phlegm, relieving toxicity as basic prescription. Prescription: Huang Qi [3], Tai Zi Shen [4], Bai Shao [5], Wu Wei Zi [6], Chuan Po Shi, Bai Hua She She Cao, Yi Yi Ren [7], Gan Cao [8], Xi Xin [9], Su Ye.
Result: there are 2 patients survived for 13 months and 15 months, 1 patient are still in treatment progress.
