1. Boils, carbuncels and swelling or swelling and pain in the breast area. Globethistle (Lou Lu [3]) is used with Dandelion herb ( Pu Gong Ying [4]), Trichosanthes fruit (Gua Lou [5]) and Forsythia fruit (Lian Qiao [6]).2. Postpartum galactostasis with distension in the breasts. Globethistle (Loulu) is used with Vaccaria seed (Wang Bu Liu Xing [7]), Pangolin scales (Chuan Shan Jia [8]) and Rice-paper pith (Tong Cao [9]).
