Zhu Fu 1 Jin

For the above one ingredient use one dou of water.  Boil to get five sheng and remove the dregs.  Add one sheng of honey, and five ge of Bai Fen (rice flour).  Dry fry until the aroma comes out and blend thoroughly.  Divide into six doses and take warm.”
