The property of Che Qian Zi [3] is sweet and cold. It goes into liver, lung, bladder, and small intestine meridians. With the scientific development in recent years, the experiments show Che Qian Zi does have a significant diuretic effect, not only to increase the excretion of water and urea, uric acid, sodium excretion also increased. After years of clinical practice, we find out that Che Qian Zi is diuretic without yin damage indeed. The author of this feature base on the clinical medicine uses Che Qian Zi for hydrocele testis and achieves good results, especially in pediatric applications in recent years to 0 ~ 3-year-old children hydroceles testis, remarkable therapeutic effect. A dozen cases were cured without recurrence.
