The average age of these 50 patients is 55.78 years old. And the diseases are initial angina pectoris of effort and stable angina pectoris of effort in main. Treatments: prescriptions: Gua Lou [3], Jiu Bai, Jiang Xiang [4], Chen Pi [5], Ban Xia [6], Dan Shen [7], Yu Jin [8], raw Shan Zha [9], San Qi [10], Xi Yang Shen [11], and fried Zao Ren. Four weeks treatment is one course.
Treatment results: the total effective rate of angina is 89%; the total effective rate of ECG is 54%; the discontinuation rate of nitroglycerin is 56.68% and the total reduction and discontinuation rate is 68.87%. Comparing the change of attack frequency of angina, it reduces obviously with remarkable differences.
