A male patient aged 42, 15 days restless and irritability admitted to hospital after the operation of traumatic brain injury. The patient had eight days coma after the injury. After the consciousness regained, he had irritability, tried to beat and abuse caregivers. He was uncooperative, and had a sensory aphasia, non-stop speech, irrelevant answer or not to answer.
