The patient started to eat food and drink water after one time acupuncture, had smooth bowel movements after 2 times treatment, and began to walk after 3 times treatment. Then I prescribed an herbal formula for her 7 days orally taken, it functioned as warming middle Jiao, smooth liver qi, and strengthen spleen. 2 weeks later when I saw her, she had been recovered very well from that operation.
