Herbal Tea for Well-being [3]
Ingrediants: Shudi 10g, Dang Gui [4] 10g, Dang Shen [5] 6g, Bai Zhu [6] 6g, Gan Cao [7] 3g
Production: Mix, grind and put them into boiling water.
Method: Drink
Functions and indications: Tonify qi and blood, benefit spleen and stomach. It is used for qi and blood deficiency leading to sallow complexion, lassitude, shortness of breadth, palpitation, poor appetite.
Precautions: Not used for internal heat due to yin deficiency.
