Herbal Tea for Well-being [3]
Ingrediants: Nüzhenzi 10g, Han Lian Cao [4] 10g
Production: Put them into boiling water.
Method: Drink
Functions and indications: Nourish liver and kidney yin. It is used for liver and kidney yin deficiency leading to dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, bitter taste in the mouth, weakness and soreness on low back, large amount of menstruation, thready or rapid pulse.
Precautions: Not used for spleen and stomach cold with deficient type such as loose stool.
