Regional Anatomy:
Skin-subcutaneous tissue-saperspinal ligamet.
In the superficial layer, there are the cutaneous branches of the posterior branch of the 5th lumbar nerve and the accompanying artery and vein. In the deep layer, there are the branc.


Location:
Lie pronely; on the posterior median line, 2 cun vertically above the tip of coccyx, near the upper side between the spinous processes of the 2nd and 3rd sacral vertebra.
Function:
Tranquilizing the mind.


Indications:
Epilepsy, headache, insomnia, and constipation.


Methods:
Insert the needle subcutaneously to upward for 1.5-2 cun deep.
