There are 80 cases whose ages are between 16 and 64 years old, their disease history is 1 month to 15 years. There are 26 cases of migratory arthralgia, 23 cases of cold arthralgia, 19 cases of damp arthralgia, 12 cases of heat arthralgia. The prescription with modification: (1) Gui Zhi [3] Tang: Gui Zhi 20g, Bai Shao [4] Yao 20g, Gan Cao [5] 10g, Sheng Jiang [6] 3 pieces, Da Zao [7] 4 pieces; (2) Modification: adding Wei Ling Xian [8], Can Sha [9] , Xi Xin [10], Si Gua Luo, Lei Gong Teng if there is migratory arthralgia; adding Chuan Wu, Fu Zi [11], Song Jie [12], Du Huo [13] if there is cold arthralgia; adding Yi Yi Ren [14], Cang Zhu [15], Mu Gua [16], Du Huo if there is damp arthralgia; adding Qin Jiao [17], Ren Dong Teng, Fang Ji [18], Luo Shi Teng [19], Chuan Shan Jia [20] if there is wind-damp-heat arthralgia; adding insects herbs such as Wu Gong [21], Wu Qiao She, Quan Xie [22], Di Long [23] etc if there is prolonged illness which can not recover.
Treatment result: 48 cases were healed 60%, 32% with obvious effect, and 8% have effect.
