Research of Treatment of Myocardial Ischemia Given by Chinese medicine (Part II) [1]

Herbal Clinical Practice / Internal Medicine [2]

Prescription: Ren Shen [3] 10g, Bai Zhu [4] 10g, Fu Ling [5] 10g, toast Gan Cao [6] 10g, Huang Qi [7] 20g, Dan Shen [8] 15g, Dang Gui [9] 10g, Chuan Xiong [10] 10g, raw Di Huang 10g, fry Xiang Fu [11] with vinegar 15g, Wu Yao [12] 15g, Ji Nei Jin [13] 10g, Jiao San Xian 10g, Yuan Zhi [14] 10g, fry Zao Ren 10g, Shi Chang Pu [15] 10g.

Modification: (1) adding Bai Zi Ren [16], Long Gu [17], Long Chi, Yi Zhi Ren [18] if there are palpitation, discomposure, frighten, severe palpitation, insomnia, dreaminess.  (2) adding Mai Dong, Tian Hua Fen [19], Mu Dan Pi [20], Xuan Shen [21] if there are heart yin deficiency with symptoms of dry mouth and eyes, constipation, pharyngitis, spontaneous perspiration, night sweat.  (3) adding Gan Jiang [22], Liang Jiang, Rou Gui [23], Wu Zhu Yu [24] if there are heart yang deficiency, spleen-stomach deficiency cold, coldness of four limbs, abdominal distention, Diarrhea [25], stopping using these herbs if the coldness syndromes are disappear, all the herbs should not be taken for long period.  (4) adding Tao Ren [26], Hong Hua [27], Yan Hu Suo [28], San Leng [29], E Zhu [30] if there are qi obstruction, blood stagnation, fullness sensation in chest, chest pain, hypochondirac pain, back pain, dark purple of tongue or petechia.  (5) adding Yu Jin [31], Mu Xiang [32], Zi Dou Kou, Ding Xiang [33] if there are depression, sentimental, chest and hypochondirac distention pain, irritation, suspicious, movable pain, which belong to liver qi discomfort.  (6) adding Jiang Xiang [34], Xuan Fu Hua [35], Dai Zhe Shi [36] if there are dizziness, hypertension, hypotension, meniere.
