Chinese Medicine Classic / Nei Jin [2]

Sudden excessive eating makes the intestines and stomach bloated. In addition, irregular life style and overexertion may hurt the blood vessels.  Damage of the yang vessels makes the blood spill out, and the outward spill induces nosebleed. Damage of the yin vessels makes the blood spill inward, and the inward spill induces bloody stool. The vessels of the intestines and stomach are impaired, and the blood spilling outside the intestines encounters the cold existing there. The cold fluids wrestle with the blood, thus they merge and coagulate and cannot be dismissed. The accumulation is formed at last.

Key Word: the beginning of the hundred diseases, in the divine pivot
