These 11 cases of this group are all our out-patients, and no effect by intramuscular Reptilase and intravenous drip with PAMBA, the quantity of hemoptysis is 200～500ml lasting for 3～15 days. Treatments: Prescriptions: LU 9. Inject methods: extract posthypophysis parenteral solution with 1ml sterilized syringe for reserve, locate the point, do routine disinfection, perpendicular needle 0.3~0.5 cun avoiding radial artery, and inject 0.5 ml solutions slowly after getting qi. Once injection every 3 days, and 3 times injections are one course. Treatment results: the syndromes of 8 cases are controlled by once injection with red blood streak?occasionally; and the other 3 cases’ hemoptysis quantities reduce to 50～100ml from 200～500ml. All the syndromes are controlled after twice treatment and do one more treatment for consolidation. Hemoptysis is controlled after one course treatment without recurring by follow-up till the end of pulmonary tuberculosis treatment course
