There is only one cup used for that diseases locate on small area, we can apply single cupping on painful point or meridian points. For instance, single cupping on Tai Yang for one side headache; on Jiache (ST6) [3] for toothache; on Jianyu (LI15) [4] for shoulder pain; on Jianjing (GB21) [5] for stiffness of neck; on Zhongwan (CV12) Front-Mu Point of the Stomach [6] for gastric pain; on a shi points for soft tissue injury.
