Dispel Wind-Dampness

1 TASTE
Pungent and warm


2 MERIDIANS
Liver and stomach


3 FUNCTIONS
1. To dispel wind and dampness; 2. To stop pain and itching


4 INDICATIONS
1. Wind-damp obstruction syndrome manifested as rheumatic joint pain, lower back pain, abdominal pain, toothache and pain due to external injuries. Paniculate swallowwort root (Xu Chang Qing) is used alone, or with other herbs in accordance with clinical manifestations.2. Eczema and measles. Paniculate swallowwort root (Xuchangqing) is used with Flavescent sophora root (Ku Shen), Broom cypress fruit (Di Fu Zi) and Dittany bark (Bai Xian Pi).


5 DOSAGE
3-10g


6 COUTIONS
This herb shoule not be boiled too long.
