There are 50 clinic patients who are 22 to 40 years old, among which 10 patients have orchitis, 16 patients have vice clonorchis inflammation, 21 patients have varicocele, 3 patients have no evident symptom. Treatment method: treating by 3 stages:
1. Clearing heat, relieving toxicity, resolving stagnation and softening hardness if there are obvious red and swollen, fever and pain.
2. Warming kidney, resolving stagnation, activating collaterals if there are bumps in spermary and vice clonorchis but the red and swollen is relieved.
3. If there is no obvious symptom, the semen is general, full vision interleukin, no live sperm, or only a few sperms are alive, the sperms activity is low, we can use method of clearing heat, relieving toxicity, resolving stagnation, softening hardness, after no leucocytes can be seen, then using warming kidney, resolving stagnation, activating collaterals.
Qing Re Jie Du prescription: Jin Yin Hua, Ye Ju Hua, Pu Gong Ying, Yi Yi Ren, Hong Teng, Bai Jiang Cao, Lian Qiao, Gan Cao, Tao Ren, Mu Dan Pi, Chi Shao, Wang Bu Liu Xing, Fu Ling, Yi Mu Cao. Wen Shen Hua Yu Prescription: Lu Jiao Shuang (decoct first), Jiang Can, Tu Bie Chong, Da Huang, Shu Di Huang, Shan Yao, Shan Zhu Yu, Mu Dan Pi, Ze Xie, Gan Cao, Fu Ling, Rou Gui, Huang Qi, Dang Gui, Chuan Shan Jia, Shi Chang Pu.
Result: the total effective rate is 92%.
