3 Curative Effect And Analysis Of Curative Effect
3.1 Curative effect criteria: the patient is considered as cured if the clinical syndromes disappear completely, the location of stomach returns to normal according to the barium meal examination and the disease does not recur 2 months later by review; excellent if the clinical syndromes basically dispear, and the stomach turns back 3 cm according to the barium meal examination; improved if the clinical syndromes are improved obviously, and the stomach turns back 1 cm according to the barium meal examination; inefficient if the syndromes are not improved and the stomach does not turns back according to the barium meal examination or the patients refuse the treatment by themselves.
3.2 Curative effect and analysis of curative effect: among the 91 cases, 25 cases are cured and account for 27.5%; 27 cases are excellent and account for 29.6%; 37 cases are improved and account for 40.7%; 2 cases are inefficient and account for 2.2%; the total effective rate is 97.8%. In the 50 cases which arcus minor ventriculi 1.5~3 cm below the connecting line of cristae iliaca, 15 cases are cured and no one is inefficient; in the 41 cases which arcus minor ventriculi is 4 cm (or more) below the connecting line of cristae iliaca, 10 cases are cured and 2 cases are inefficient. It shows that better effect for mild gastroptosia while worse effect for severe one.
23 cases are cured while no one is inefficient in the 75 cases suffering from gastroptosia less than 3 years in the 91 cases; 2 cases are cured while 2 cases are inefficient in the 16 cases suffering from gastroptosia more than 3 years. It shows that better effect for short-course cases while worse effect for long-course cases.
